MR MASSEY'aND THE NEW, ZEALAND 'JIMES.

On Saturday morning last Messrs Bell, Gully and Myers issued a writ on behali of Mr W. F. Massey, reader of the Opposition, claiming £2OOO damages from the New Zealand limes Company for an alleged libel contained in a cartoon published in Saturday's issue of the Times.
