NUSVIBER OF SHIPS STRANDED. CREWS WITHOUT FOOD. Received Last Kight, s.s°o'clock. ST. fETERSBUKG, Dec 3. In consequence cf a violent gale, the water in the Sea of Azov, in the south of Kuasia, li«s receded three miles. A number of ships have teen stranded. The crews are unable to land, and are without food. Many fishing boats have been wrecker! and houses washed sway.
