DICK ARNST.
WELLINGTON, Last Night, In conversation with a reporter to-day, Dick Arnst, the world's champion sculler, said that "he was leaving for Sydney by Thursday night's boat. He intends to compete in the handicap sculling race which is to be held there about the end of February. Nothing has as yet been definitely arranged as to any future championship match, but Dick says that the first man who comes along for. a race can ha - ** it if he complies with the. conditions.
