The small score :nado by Carterton is attributed to the line Rowling of Jordan and Waters, the former especially coming out with the fine analysis of 6 for '27. Smart was the only batsman who appeared to play the bowling with any confidence. Towards Mastertou's score of 133 runs, Moorhouse contributed 40, and Waters 38. Both these batsmen played good cricket for their runs, Moorhouse being especially good in cutting and driving, while Waters made his runs by free and clean" hitting. Peed captured nearly all the wickets ,and he bowled well, his analysis reading 8 for -IS.
