SOUTH WALES STRIKE.

AITEAL BY COMMONERS. (Received Le.ct Night, 11 o'clock.) LONDON, November 3. Messrs W. AOraham and Tom Richards, M.'s.x'., have appealed to the South Wales miners not to agree to a general stoppage of work. They point out that such sudden, unprepared action would most certainly end in disaster. The funds of the Federation have already been depleted by litigation and stoppages. They add that the Miners' Federation of Britain will not sanction a general stoppage.
