THE DIVORCE LAW
(Received Last Night, 11.35 o'clock.) LISBON, November 2.
The Divorce Law will be decreed on Friday, it makes divorce possible on the grounds of adultery, desertion for ten years, insanity if incurable after three years, long imprisonment, or mutual consent after two years from the date of marriage, both parties being over the ago of twenty-five. The custody of the, children is given to the applicants for divorce, but they must be maintained by the divorced parties.
