RAMSAY MACDONALD BOWS HIS HEAD IN SHAME.

At a meeting of Mohammedans in London, the chairman stated that the Mussulman world, through the partition of Persia, was going to he affected.
Mr Ramsay MaeDonald, as a Britisher, bowed Ids head in shame at what had happened. He expressed the hope that Sir Edward Grey was not going to allow Britain's name to be dragged behind the Russian bureaucracy as an asset to Russia's Asiatic policy.
