POLICE SUPERANNUATION CASE.
CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. Mr Justice Sim to-day heard argument in the case McGrath v. the Minister of Internal Affairs. This was an originating summons to determine the question of whether the plaintiff, Sub-Inspector McGrath, is entitled to the rights and benefits eonferre 1 by sub-section 3 of section 50 of the Public Service Classification and Superannuation Act, 1903. Judgment was reserved. The case is one in which members of the Police Force in the Dominion, with noncontinuous service, are much interested in.
