REVOLUTION IN URUGUAY.
THIRTEEN THOUSAND INSURGENT TROOPS.
CAUSE OF THE TROUBLE
Received This Morning, 12.30 o'clock BUENOS AYRES, Oct. 30. The revolution in Uruguay is re--1 garded as serious. An insurgent force, numbering 30,000, is ;already skirmishing with the Government troops. The revolution is clue to the unpopularity of the Government's Presidential candidate.
(Uruguay is a republic on the east coast of South America. Its capital is jVlonte Video, which has a population of 308,000. The Executive is vested in a President elected for four years by the two Chambers, sitting together as a general assembly. There is a national guard of about 35,000 men.
