LABOUR TROUBLES.
BOILERMAKERS' DISPUTE. WORK NOT TO BE RESUMED. (Rec. Last Night, 11.55 o'clock.) LONDON, October 20. On the question of the resumption of work, the boilermakers' ballot resulted—For the resumption 87G0, against 10,016.. In view of the smallness of the voting, it is possible that the executive will order another ballot. Profound disappointment is expressed at the Clyde and Tyneside works, where many are feeling the pinch of poverty.
