HOME RULE.
MR REDMOND WATERING THE WINE. Received Last Night, 9.55 o'clock. LONDON, Last Night. The Times states that Mr Redmond has watered the wine across the Atlantic to please one set, and reverta' to uncompromising Parnellism for the benefit of another. The Eighty Club has, according to the Times, evolved the phrase,"Imperial Federation beginning at Home." These things would gain significance from the Master of Elibank's remarks. Mrj Redmond would find satisfaction in the fact that Home Rule was growing in favour in Great Britain. The Times adds that such hints were supremely important. The people had a right to know definitely and authoritatively what the ruiera contemplate. If Federation begins at Home, it must not begin at the hole and corner autonomy of Ireland.
