CHURCH SERVICES.
At. the strangers' tea at the Y.M.C.A. to-morrow, the Rev. BaiiiMacdonald will be the speaker. Opportunity will be taken of the gathering to bid farewell to that gentleman. In the evening Mr. Finlayson will give an address at Sol way House.,
The Rev. A. Hodge has announced as the subject on Sunday night, "The Opium Problem." This is a live subject just now, and should be very interesting", seeing that a concerted appeal from all the churches is to be made to the. British House l of Commons to bring the Indo-Chinese opium traffic to an end.
The Rev. Bain Macdonald will preside at the services at Knox Church to-morrow. There will be a children's service in the morning, and an address to young people in the evening. Afternoon services will be held at Kaituna and Kopuaranga.
