Received Last Night, 10.5 o'clock. VANCOUVER, October 11.
The Grand Trunk-Pacific Railway ' Company applied to the Eritish Columbia Cabinet for permission to import Asiatic labour for railway-mak-ng in tiie Province. The application was refused, the Government reiteratng that its policy was to preserve British Columbia for whites.
