IMPORTATION OF LIQUOR. In reply to a question in thegLegiElative Council on Wednesday, the Hon. Dr. Findlay gave the opinions of various Inspectors of Police concerning the effects of No-License in the Dominion. G. Jones complained that the figures were of little use for purposes of comparison, because the amount of liquor conisumed under license was not given.
