NEW ZEALAND'S INCLUSION. STATEMENT IN THE FEDERAL HOUSE. (Received October 5, 10.20 a.m.) MELBOURNE, October 5. In the House of Representatives, the Posmaster-General (Hon. J. Thomas) stated that the Government had decided not to make any alteration at present in the Vancouver mail contract. When the new contract was before the Government consideration woidd be given to the inclusion of New Zealand in the service.
