NAVVIES ON STRIKE. I ATTACK ON NON-UNIONISTS. (Received Last Night, 10 o'clock). BERLIN, October 5. The navvies on strike at Cologne bombarded the non-strikers when they were leaving work under a police escort, with cobbles and pavingstones. The police charged with drawn swords, and thirteen strikers and one policeman were injured.
