DECLARED TO BE EtIDEViIC. Received Last Nigbt, 10 o'clock.. ! LONDON, October, 4 Sir Rupert Boyce, Professor of Pathology at the 1-iverpuol University, has discovered that yellow fever is epidemic in West Africa* Hitherto it has been taken for malaria. Sir Kupert declares that it was easy to rid tne country of the mosquito stagomyia canopiue, by means of inexpensive drainage.
