Received Last Night, 9.30 o'clock. BERLIN, September 22. The League of Employers in the metal industry have decided to support the shipbuilders by locking cut sixty per cent, of their e-.np'oyees from October Bth, unless the thipbuilding dispute is settled. It is stated that 420,000 workers will be affected.
