COLLEGE TOURNEY.

WELLINGTON Last Night.
Tbe second match in the College Rugby Tourney was played to-day, Christ's College, Christchurcn, beating Wanganui Collegiate School after a splendid game by nine points to eight. From the start to finisti both sides worked hard and turned all their opportunities to good account. WAIRAKAPA v. southland. The Southland touring team, which will play Wairarapa at Masterton today, arrived in Masterton last evening, when they were mek at the station by several officials of the Rugby Union and driven to the Club and Prince of Wales Hotels, where they
will put up during their stay here. The party, which numbers twentyone, is in charge of Mr A. Darby, a very popular Southland enthusiast, and report having had a very enjoyable trip so far. The team leave here to-morrow and play Wellington on Saturday. THE TEAMS. The taams are: — Southland (maroon): Fullback, Dorragh; three-quarters, G. Frazer, C, MsLennan and J. Henderson; fiveeights, McNeece and P. C. Edmondsun; half, J. Forde; forwards, R. Gardiner, E. Biggor, J. Hogan. H. Knight, T. Muir, C. Sutherland, W. A. Cockroft and A. Lindsay, wing.
Wairarapa (green): Fullback, G. Masson; threequarters, F. Groube, Tori Ratima, K. Welch; five-eights, C. Groube and N. McKenzie, half, F. Ball; forwards, F. Brough, 0. Skeet, E. Skeet, H. McKenzie. A. Hodge, A. Koss, A. Miller and R. McKenzie wing.
