Mr Johnson, a member of Parliamentjand Secretary of th© Tramway Employees' Union, was found guilty of aiding and abetting a strike, and was fined £SO.
McDonald (Piesident), St John (Vice-President), and Parsons, assistant secretary of the Union, were 5 found guilty, as employees, of striking, and Were each fined £lO.
