BANK ABSORPTION.
(Received Last Night, 10.5 o'clock.) LONDON, August ,22. : ■ The Paris Bank is absorbing the Lancashire and Yorkshire Bank. The oapital of the Bank will be increased to £16,000,000. Three of the directors of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Bank will join the Board of Directors of the Paris Bank.
