BRITISH CRUISER AGROUND.
IN JAPANESE WATERS. (Received Last Night, 9.50 o'clock.) KOBE, August 22. Renter's Tokio correspondent reports that the armoured cruiser Bedford, of tho China Squadron, has grounded at Quelport, whilst steaming from Weiheiwai to Nagasaki. Japanese warships have been despatched to her assistance.
