WEATHER FORECAST. ' By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 2. The following is the Ktv. D. C. Bates's summary and forecast: Strong easterly winds, showery weather, and a rising barometer have been reported northward of East Cape and Kawhia; high but slightly decreasing barometer pressure has prevailed elsewhere, with moderate winds and fair weather generally. Present indications are for a change in the weather shortly,more humid, unsettled and cloudy conditions may be expected soon, and a falling barometer with freshening northerly and easterly winds probably prevailing everywhere,
