AUCTIONEERS' MEMORANDA.

Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., have (received instructions from Mr Alexander Mutrie, who has leased his property, to hold an unreserved clearing sale of stocks of sheep, cattle, horses, buttey, drays, farm implements, 10 tons of hay, sundries and furnivure. The sale will take place on Thursday, 14th July. The same firm will also sell at Hastwtll on Monday, llth inst., on account of Mr J. McGregor, who hals sold his property, the whole of his splendid dairy herd including 25 cows to calve at factory dates, heifers, wean ers, five breeding; .sows, Berkshire boar, horse, cart, cans and sundries. Thp cows are an exceptionally iiocd herd.
