A WEEK'S EXTENSION OF TOUR. £Jy Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 22. The Management Committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union has received a request from the New South Wales Rugby Union backed up by Mr V. R. Meredith, manager of the New Zealand football team, asking that the All Blacks be permitted to extend their tour in Australia for a week longer than previously arranged. No definite reason is given for the extension of time, but it is understood .that if necessary leave of absence can be obtained for several of the players. The tour will be extended for another week.
