. LONDON MARKET 3. Messrs D?lgety mid Co., Ltrl,. report having received the following cable messages irorn their London house under date ot the 4th inst. Sheepskins'.—Sales opened firm. As compared with last sales' closing rates, Merino threequarter to full woolled prices are par to id higher short woolled and shorn pelts par to £d higher, cru&sbred fine and coarse threequarter to full woolled, prices are unchanged, crossbred short woolled to shorn "pelts are par to £d higher, —Prices are par to £d higher. Frozen Meat.—There is rather more enquiry for mutton, any change m prices beirg »n favour of sellers; a good demand for lamb, prices being to Jrl higher. Sales have taken place at 4£d per lb for New Zealand prime crossbred lamb, Canterbury light, "Crosskeys" 4Jd. Beef sales have taken piace at 4§d per lb for New Zealand prime ox fores and 5Jd per lb for hinds.
