CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS LIKELY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. LONDON, May 28. The Agents-General of New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland inspected parcels of milled but'er (the original marks on the boxes had been carefully preserved) which traced to a large London firm. The Agents-General have decided to recommend a criminal prosecution.
