Lord Plunket arrived from lofeaatiu by train to-night, and has been placed in a private hospital here, as the result of a severe chill from which he has been suffering for a week. It is still hoped, however, that he wiU be able to fulfil his Wellington en-
gagements.. / The Borough Council had onlyjust decided to-night to banquet iiiu. here on the 13th inst.
