HOCKEY.
A match between the Huia and Ramblers (ladies) hockey teams will he played at Lansdowne, on Thursday afternoon. Mr Bert Morris has donated a trophy for competition amongst the members of the Ramblers (ladies) Hockey Club.
The following players wili be the St. Matthew's B team to play Carterton, at Carterton, on Thursday, The 'bus will leave at 1.30 sharp:— Full-backs, S. G. Cresswell, D. Diggins- five-eight, P. Bennett: halves, G. Peters, W. Harding, E. Lawrence; forwards, G. Elliott, R. Donald, F. Jones, A. Styles, L. Johnson. Emergencies—B. Wimsett, S. Hoar.
The following team have been selected to represent the Post and Telegraph, against Cartertnn, on the Lansdowne grounds, on Thursday afternoon iext:—T. M. Miller, J. S. Hunter, N. P. Williams; T. Q. Hanley. A. H. Eddy, D. M. Mcintosh, J. H. Berry, R. E. Williams, M. D. Loader, V. M. Richards, E. J. Clark. Emergenciea—Back, B. V. Livingstona; forward, E. H. Fisher.
