I H Owing to an extraordinary outI break of "hooliganism" in Milan, I one of the three chief Italian cities, the police have organised armed patrol bands, and are arresting hun dreds nightly. Many ex-convicts wer found armed with revolvers and daggers. The majority are southerners, taking refuge in Milan in consequence of the military campaign against camo Ra in the Neapolitan provinces.
