JUDGMENT RESERVED. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 14. In the Court of Appeal, Mr T. W. Stringer, K.C., followed Mr J. W. Salmond, for the defendants in the Christchurch case of Bowron Bros. v. Bishop and another, contending that the laying of the information was tne swearing of it before a Justice. Mr «J. P. Skerrett replied, and the Court reserved judgment.
