WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 4. ' Ihe Rev. L). C. Bates' summary and forecast is as fallows—A westerly area of low pressure has prevailed in the South, and 'there has also been a decrease in barometer pressure. In the Korth the weather has been unsettled and cloudy in both extremes, and stormy last night in the South. Present ndications are for a change to strong southerly winds with cool and showery weather generally. The barometer will probably rise everywhere soon.***
