BIG HANDICAP ON THE PARRA-
MATTA
ARNST WILL TAKE PART. Received March 21, 10 a.m. SYDNEY, March 21. R. Arnst, the sculling champion, has cabled his intention to compete in the proposed big handicap on the Parramatta Kirer. It is intended , that three heats shall be rowed on April 30th, and the final on May 7th.
