BUDDA RELICS.

PRESENTED TO BURMESE DELEGATION. Received March 21, 9 a.m. LONDON, March 20. The Viceroy of India, the Earl of Minto, presented to a Burmese delegation a golden casket containing the relics of Budda, recently discovered at Peshawar. Lord Minto expressed a hope that pilgrims would come to Mandalay (the Burmese capital) from all parts of the world.
