STOCK MARKET. By Telegraph—Special to the Age. PALMERSTON N., March 17.. Messrs Abraham and WiMiams, Ltd., report at their sale at Palmerston N. on Thursday:—They had a full entry of sheep, over 5,500 being offered for sale. Competition for all classes was keen, and with the exception of one line of Blackface lambs every pen was sold under the hammer at satisfactory prices, A medium entry of cattle also sold well. Two-tooth ewes, 13s; small, 2-tooth ewes, 10s lid 1 ; 6-tooth ewes, 13 s6d to 13s 8d; 4yr ewes, 10s to lis 9d.; 4-tooth to f m. ewes, 9s 6d to 10s 6d :; f.m. ewes, 7s 6d to 8s Id; cuU ewes, 3s 6d to 6s; woully lambs, 9s sd; shorn lambs, 7s Id to 8s Id: cull lambs, 4s Id to ss; English Leicester ran.s, £2 2s; Romney rams, 1 guinea to 2 guineas; springing heifers. £5 ss; heifers in calf, £8 10s 6d to £3 15s; fat cows, £4 3s; empty heifers, £2 sb; weaners, 23s 6d.
