A MISSING MAN.
BELIEVED TO BE DROWNED. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 17. In connection with . the clothes found at the rocky portion the beach at Happy Valley, and supposed to belong to a man named Darcy, a Christchurch telegram states that the friends of P. F. Darcy, in labour circles, are greatly exercised over the report that Darcy is missing. It is understood that the description of the clothes found on the beach .tallies with the only suit Darcy bad with him. One or two friends are leaving for Wellington to-night to make inquiries.
