POISONING CASE.
AMAZING DEVELOPMENT. United Press Association—B.v Electric Telegraph' Copyright. VIENNA, March 11. There has been an amazing devei opmeni in the Vienna poisoning trial, in which Lieutenant Hofrichter stands accused of coisoning a number of officers. The discovery has now, it is alleged, been made that Hofrichter, under the assumed name ot Dr Haller, endeavoured to drug an innocent girl. A letter addressed to "Haller" w:is opened at the dead-letter office, and fuund to contain poison.
