LOOKED UPON AS PERNICIOUS. BY BROKEN HILL MINERS. A DISCREDITABLE RESOLUTION. Received March 10, 9.18 p.m. SYDNEY, March 10. The Broken Hill Brauch of the Amalgamated Miners' Association adopted a resolution that it recognises that militaiism in any shape or form is bitterly antagonistic to the best interests of the working class and views with alarm the growth of the cadet system, and calls upon members and workers generally to stamp out this pernicious influence by refusing to become identified with it or allowing their sons to. join the cadet companies.
