Received March 7, 1.30 p.m. NEW YORK March 7. the granting: of the decree absolute in the divorce case Astor v. Astor (wife's petition) Colonel Astor gave a great ball to the New York "Four Hundred." There were a hundred and forty guests present. Magnificent gifts -were made to the guests. The ball cost £6,000.
