GREAT OPENING SALE.
HUGO AND SHEARER,
To-morrow morning, at 9 o'clock sharp, will witness the commencement of Messrs Hugo and Shearer's "Great Opening Sale" at the Exchange Buildings, Queen street. As is well-known this firm have recently purchased the Drapery and Ladies' Showroom of Mr J. L. Murray's old established business in the Exchange Buildings, and for the purpose of marking this event and also to enable them to place before the people of Masterton and surrounding district the values that are offering, they have decided to commence business with a huge bargain sale. A feature of the sale will be the clearance ot practically the entire stock, and startling price reductions are announced. During the past week the entire staff have teen busily engaged in making preparatiors for the sale, and it is announced that there will be bargain opportunities of importance every day. It is impossible to make detailed reference to the lists of bargains, but with this issue Messrs Hugo and Shean r circulate an inset, particulars of which are well worth perusal.
