NUMEROUS INTENDED VICTIMS

Received March 7, 10 p.m. SEOUL, March 7.

A murder league has been discovered at Seoul, as the result of investigations in connection with the attempted assassination of the Premier. The prisoner admits that there was a plot, with a branch at Vladivostock, to murder the Korean Cabinet, and the leading Japanese officials. The death of Prince Ito was connected with the scheme. Fifteen arrests have been made.
