SUBDIVISION OF BOWLANDS ESTATE.

Messrs W. H. Cruickshank in conjunction with Messrs Levio and Co., report a keen demand for the Bowlands Estate properties. The land was only placed on the market at 9 o'clock yesterday morning and about 25 ptr cent, of it has already been sold; beveral buyers are inspecting the remaining sections, and Mr Cruickshank hopes to have ihe lot disposed of by Saturday next. The prices range from £5 to £9 per acre. Every section is fenced and grassed so that purchasers will be pat to no initial expense, while the poorest land will winter one and a hal r sheep to the acre. The property is only fourteen miles from Masterton by a metalled road, and is without doubt one of the cheapest yet offered to the public.
