The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have receivedthe following cablegram from • their London house:—"Tallow: We quote present spot values for the .following descriptions:—Good mutton, 34s 3d per cwt.; good beef, 33s >9d per cwt.: mixed. 32s 6d. Market .firm. Anticipate sheepskins, merino combing, sheepskins, crossbred combing, same as last. Others, market •weaker."
