JAPANESE MINISTER HONOURED.
A BANQUET
Received February 16, 10 a.m. LONDON, February 15. Mr Hikojiro Wad-j, Japanese Com-
missioner-General at the AngloJapanese Exhibition, was banquetted at the Hotel Cecil. There were four hundred present, including many peers, members of the House •of Commons, the Lord Mayor (Sir John Knill), several Admirals, and the Japanese Ambassador. The Duke of Norfolk, who presided, warmly welcomed Mr Wada.
