A NEW MEASURE.

PARIS, February 15,
The French Senate having twice rejected the Chamber of Deputies Old Age Pensions Bill because it was crude and ill-cotisidererl, prepared a new measure, which was unanimously adopted. The Bill is moulded upon German line, workmen and employers contributing eoual portions to the pensions, the State adding further contributions. The age limit is (35 year^.
Men are to contribute nine francs a year, women six francs, and boys four and a halt.
