CONSPIRACY CHAKGES AGAINST BOwLING AND HIS COMRADES. BOWLING SENTENCED TO EIGHTEEN MONTHS. CUMULATIVE ON PREVIOUS SEN'IENCE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received February 10, 9.5 p.m. SYDNEY, February 10. In the conspiracy charges, Bowling, Brennan, Burns, Lewis and Gray were found guilty. Each of the accused was sentenced to eighte en months' hard labour. .Bowling's sentence is cumulative on the previous sentence of twelve monthF, passed on 27th January last. _____ SYMPATHY AT TIMAKU. By Telegraph—Press Association. TIMARU, February 10 Mr McWilliams, a delegate from the New South Wales miners, addressed a meeting here to-night, and received a sympathetic hearing. At the close of the meeting a motion was passed denouncing t. e Wade Government, and agreeing to give all the financial help possible to the miners on strike.
