NUMBER OF WORKMEN EMPLOYED.
Received February 2, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, February 1. The "Daily Mail's" Berlin correspondent states that the official number of workmen employed in the German dockyards is 23,908, as compared with 19,669 in 1902.
