MASTERTON A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.
THE AFPROACHING SHOW.
Intending exhibitors are reminded that entries will close to day with the Secretary, Mr G. R. Sykes, of the Masterton A. and P. Association in connection with the forthcoming ■ Show. A very large number o± local entries have been received in all classes, and exhibitors, in the Manawatu, Fielding and Wanganui and Taranaki districts have intimated their intention of being strongly represented. The entries from Taranaki consist of draught horses, and ' inquiries have been received from the Waikato. Entries from the Lower Valley will be very fair in all classes, especially cattle exhibits. It is hoped that the total number of entries will exceed those of last year, and the capable Secretary and energetic committee are certainly leaving no stone unturned to ensure a pronounced success having to be recorded.
