BUSH DISTRICTS A. AND P. SHOW.

(Special Reporter^. The annual Show was held on the Woodville Racecourse, yesterday. The weather was perfect, and the gathering present exceeded the anticipations of the committee, as it was thought that owing to Caledonian sports being held at Dannevirke, and no half-holiday in either Palmerston or Pahiatua, the attendance would be limited. In the competitions, the entries exceeded those of last year, while there was a slight decrease in the cattle and she6p glasses The stock exhibited was of a splendid quality, and was spoken well of by the various judges. Various side shows were on the ground, plying their calling, and many visitors were present from various parts. Mr G. E. Allen of "Tipua," Taratabi, obtained the chainniouship in the Romnev ram cl'iss, also securing four firsts, five s?condi and five thirds. The competitions were very interesting, and keenly contested. The secretary, with his assistants, had everything in first-clans order, and the general committee all worked hard to ensuie the success of the Show. The parade of horsas in saddle and harness was a very creditable one, favourable comment being expressed by the gathering present. PRIZE LIST. COMPETITIONS. (Judges -Messrs J. Coombe and W. D.
