A BOMB OUTRAGE
LONDON, Dceember 30. The Indian National Congress at Lehore urged India to refuse indentured labour to Natal. Sxtraordinary scenes followed Mr Sutendra Nath Banerjees appeal for funds for the sufferers by the Transvaal laws. Jewels and money were thrown at his feet, and a thousand pounds were collected for transmission. CALCUTTA, December 30. A packet containing a bomb was sent to the hou of' the DeputvCom j issioner of Uumballa, in the Punjau:i. A .-er/aut. while unwrapping bomb, was badly injured. (
